Yes, it's possible. I think the ai decision to mount and dismount is disabled right now, but you can
check if an npc has a chair target and make him mount it. The targeting happens outside of the current oxide hook, so he wont honour vanish and botspawn peacekeeper
settings; Just fires at you constantly, if he's armed.
