6x100 slot server with this setup?

Would it be stupid to think I could run six 500slot servers with this setup?

Intel i7-8700k , each one of six cores assigned to a server.
64GB of ram , 10GB per server.
40gb of ssd storage per server.
Dedicated ip for each server.

 

100 slot would be better best not to put that much strain on the server box you can put it up over time if no problems
