According to your logs, you're experiencing an issue with the Rust server on Linux, nothing to do with Oxide.
Nothing in those logs points to it having issues. I'd suggest checking your actual server logs, not Oxide's logs.

The .exe isn't new, it just isn't being downloaded on new server installs if it's not already there.

It will still show the error when doing an update check, but plugins would be compiled as long as you have it locally.
