Workbench duplication issue

Hello, who have a tip for workbench bug?
Players put and exhaust items from workbench when i make restart on servers,
in this way they can duplicate items
I think that it is game bug

 

Can you provide more details on how they are duplicating items?
If a fix can't be provided here, at least it may give the devs an idea on what the problem is so it can be addressed.
