User running server may not have access to all service files

Can someone tell me why I get this error all of a sudden..

I used to be able to upload the mod and it would recompile.

I get it when I try "reload UltimatePlugin"

chmod 755 CSharpCompiler.x86_x64

and I restarted the server.. worked for me.

must have been the way I installed oxide.
