Rust Rust - Unraidable houses (paid $$$)

AS you know that; players making house without access to upper-stairs.

After building the house, they are placing toolcupboard on 2nd floor and removing blocks+stairs from downfloor which cause to avoid raiders to reach upper floors for loot valuable items

I need one plugin which will avoid to remove all stairs and/or blocks which using as access from down floor to up floors. Say namely, plugin will control structure and AFTER CREATED if the owner try to remove all stairs/blocks it will warn him and avoid to remove/destroy that stair/block i.e.: "this stair/block is only way to reach up-stairs which can not be removable and/or destroyable - in order to remove or destroy it, build another one which should be connected this structure and allow to access from this floor to up-stairs etc.)

Of course it's not easy but IF someone able to create this private plugin for me or share permanent solution with another idea/plugin; I am ready to donate 40usd for that
