Suggestions for moderator permissions?

I'm about to finally setup a permission group for moderators, but I'm curious what permissions others give moderators for various mods, etc.

I don't want to give people too many rights because I'm afraid they'll abuse it, but then I want to give them enough to be helpful. Seems a delicate balance.

Any suggestions, tips or examples would be much appreciate.

The only one you need to give them is the vanish one so they can not be seen so they can check for cheaters

oxide.grant group moderator vanish.allowed

 

They would then need to be able to fly too then.

Im considering not giving them moderator but instead making a new permission group.
