SteamServerConnect failure with Windows server

When i run the server, the log is display SteamServerConnectFailure,and next the second ,it display SteamServerConneted,but i can't connect my server in the game
[DOUBLEPOST=1450605315][/DOUBLEPOST]My system is Windows2008R2 64bit, and the firewall is closed
[DOUBLEPOST=1450605500][/DOUBLEPOST]and is no Tp or oxide plugs

The Steam error generally means that you or your server is having issues communicating with Steam.

For teleportation, make sure you are using the version posted in the plugin's thread. I'd make sure you have Oxide installed though first.

I don't install the oxide, I try to run the offical version, and it have trouble, and my server in China, my another server is run success, I guess the problem perhaps is the network about my server, thx wulf!
