    Delete your config and reload the plugin per the update notes.

    Yes, that is it.

  5. That plugin brings several errors with it. It seems like that it destroys the whole groups permissions. After I added my group to it with its kits.xxxx permission, players started to say that /bgrade... /sil... /dayvote.. doesnt work. So it seems like that it doesnt work correctly.

    As example:
    added my group name RUSTIKALGER to it
    added the permission kits.rustikal

    It takes about 30 seconds and everyone who is member of the steamgroup gets this permission but they cant use the command ingame, which is made for them...

    Also other already given permissions does not work anymore.

    //EDIT:
    After I set the permissions again they need to relog but the old ones works now again. But still the SteamGroups permission doesnt work.^

    //EDIT2:
    I used the version from 10. december

    @Wulf

    If would be nice to have a solution for it.

  6. The 2nd section is for a permission group, not a permission. Create a group called steam and make it an adult of default, which means all the permissions for default will roll up stream.

  7. For some reason this just straight up doesn't work. Idk what im doing wrong.

    {
    "Group Setup": [
    {
    "Steam": "rustic legend",
    "Oxide": "groupies"
    }
    ],
    "Update Interval (Seconds)": 30
    }

    i also used my steam group's id and unless it wasn't it the plugin doesn't work... plz help

    You need to use the ID from your group's URL or the actual numeric ID, not the name of it.

  9. Ahhhhh thank you so much!!!

  10. this week i had a lot of bandwidth so i contacted the ceo of nfoservers and this is what i got
    Code:
    I checked and I do not see an attack. I see the bandwidth usage that you referred to, but that is from your constant transfers from remote IP address 23.195.236.86.11:17:01.423931 IP 23.195.236.86.80 > 162.248.94.30.40652: Flags [.], seq 33580:35040, ack 1, win 913, length 1460: HTTP

    Code:
    It looks like it's probably related to SteamGroups.cs, since it pulls a resource from http://steamcommunity.com (which has that IP address).

  11. Type plugins into console and check its load time. I'm having no issues with this plugin, ensure that it's updated.

    It updates as often as you have set, nothing really to change or fix. Keep in mind that Steam may have other services in that IP as well.

  13. Ako...
    I had problems with all the newest versions of steamgroup.
    I downgrade to 0.2.0 that ever worked like a charm, and is what Im still using it. Take in count that have another type of config. Dont hesitate in ask me privately because I think support must be for new version, not old ones.

    Previous versions are posted under Version History. If you are having issues, we'd need to know what, otherwise we can't fix them. Old versions will not get all members though if you are over 1k.

  15. Yes my friend Wulf, Im sure you know I have not problem in comment any bug/issue with you or the dev team here, and maybe you know I reported a lot of them... but I can not keep tracking exactly any bug because the time that this takes, and I prefer take a version working.

    If the 0.2.0 version dont can manage more than 1k member, then @iiAmAko have a problem because he have more than 1k member.

    Even still, there wouldn't be any real difference between the versions, they do pretty much the same thing. Only real difference you'd see between them is that the latest ones use queues more to reduce server performance issues.

    Check your interval setting then, because it doesn't do anything different with how it gets the info. ;)

    If you have multiple groups set in the config, that will use more bandwidth are you're checking multiple groups vs. just one. This and the interval would be the only differences between the plugins in terms if bandwidth usage. By default, the plugin has 2 groups set in the config, the old version only has 1. It'd not going to magically use more bandwidth between versions, they all check the same way.

  18. Hi,

    anyone can tell me what is wrong here ?

    Having a user who used one one tb bandwith in less than 24 hours with that plugin, looking at wireshark the server receives thousands of steam replies within a second.

    Code:
    {
      "Group Setup": [
        {
          "Steam": "RAID2016",
          "Oxide": "steamgroup"
        }
      ],
      "Update Interval (Seconds)": 300
    }

    Sounds like the plugin somehow got stuck in a rapid loop, otherwise there's no reason why that would happen. The only way I can see that happening is if the plugin couldn't read the update interval and defaulted to 0.1 or something like that.
