Solved Spawning a recycler?

I found this prefab:

entity.create assets/bundled/prefabs/static/recycler_static.prefab

But it does nothing.Any ideas?

 

try: entity.spawn recycler_static

Edit: entity.spawn recycler will also spawn a recycler

yes this is helpfull but is there any way i can rotate it because when i place it i cant move it it only spawns in one direction
