Some building are decaying

For some reason some after the update some parts of my base, not directly connected to the main cupboard are decaying. The main cupboard has a lot of resources in it and it is keeping the buildings alive, but surrounding buildings does not.

 

They all have to be connected to the same foundation for the TC to work.
