Rust Sleeping bag cooldown customization (paid $$$)

Hey im searching for a plugin where i can change the sleeping bags cooldown for all person and where i can change the cooldown for a induvidual person like they have vip or something like this with a permission system

i believe that takes the whole cooldown away i think he wants to be able to edit the cooldown timer aswell as i do for vip members.
