Rust Sleeper protection after disconnect

Hello community,

Is it possible to create a plugin which protects players for an X amount of seconds after disconnecting?

Sometimes players are getting disconnected because of their bad connection and end up rage quitting because they were killed in the time they were kicked from the server.

Basically it is the opposite of what SleeperGuard does.
