Solved Server won't load since update (outdated build)

My Server cant Start since last rust update 17.02.2017 i updated all right

every time i try to update via Host Havoc...

Everytime i try updating oxide. Also my server isn't able to boot up. It says running on the game manager screen but i can't connect to it via Rust and RustAdminTool

 

This is the solved however i dont know how to make it. have had this issue for about 2 hours now.
After the Update i had to re install Rust for Oxide and then run my server, close it, then start it up again.
After all of that it worked like normal.
RE-DOWNLOAD RUST FOR OXIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I should redownload rust? I don't really know how to fix this...

Thanks WULF!!! It worked, I appreciate your help very much. Just had to do a complete wipe and paste in my personal .bat file and it's back to normal!
