Server randomly timing out everyone

I have a server, and we usually have 50+ people on daily, I have do to make my restarts every 4 hours due to the server timing everyone out. I think some people said it may have been a CPU issue, so I was wondering, is to because of NFOservers? The server keeps randomly timing everyone out, and I still don't know why. This happens like 2-3 times a day.

 

This seems to be a problem for more than your server. Myself included.
