Reign of Kings RPG class system

Hello. I'm looking for a class system plugin. Something like "Race system" but with different bonuses for each race. I don't know how to mod or create plugins. I'm trying but my native language is spanish so... it's difficult for me.

What are your idea's for bonusses, as not everything will be possible (yet). This includes resource gather rate.

 

Hm... "Elf = +1 mov speed" or something like that. with negative points if its possible. But I don't know how to manage it.
