Reduce cupboard range

Howdy just wondering if there is a possible way to reduce the range of the cupboard, Because we have a no-ladders Sydney server, and if the bases have cupboards in the middle, the range is 10x10blocks, which you cant even build a raid tower to get onto someones roof

Chuck me an example if its possible

 

That might be client sided... I've been looking and still nothing on the actual distance of the influence of the tool cupboard

 

You can check Twiv remover bcs i saw something that cares about cupboards in its code.

 

I think that only checks if the foundation or building part is in range... But doesn't actually mention the exact range... We do know its 50m in game.
