Recommended plugins to use?

Hello again,

I just want your opinions and suggestions. I have Light RP/PVP server. I am using Announcer and Starter Kit plug-ins. What can I use more to make my server more interesting? Any ideas?

And another question, I saw on different server death messages like "player killed player" etc. Where can I find that plug-in?
