Solved Plugins not loading on startup or creating config files

After the ROK update i am not able to get the plugins to generate the config file anymore. I have stopped the server, uninstalled oxide, done a steam update, reinstalled oxide, started the server. Then opened the FTP program, added the announcer plugin into the plugin folder, but no config file appears in the config folder, even when i klick refresh a few times. In the FTP program i go into "saves" and then "oxide" where i find the folders that i have always been putting the plugins (i guess this have not changed). I do not host myself, i am renting the server. Had this problem a year ago and ended up wiping the server - only then the plugins would start working again. Hope to avoid that now. What could be the issue here?

since update server to R15 and Oxide to 2.0.3242 ( and now to 2.0.3245 ) all plugins will be no more load.
Is the save placed changed?

I have it currently on "Saves\oxide\plugins" saved.

But Oxide is loaded successful.

Ok can be closed. Moved to oxide\plugins
