Fixed Plugins not fully loading when reloaded

    The InfoPanel just disappears, like you just unloaded it.

    That sounds like an issue for that plugin's support thread unless I can figure out a generic issue.

    Oh ok, just wanted to know If it's Oxide issue or not, I guess since the game update the plugins just broke, the UI at least because seems like Zlevels commands works fine.

    Like I don't see the ZlevelRemastered UI when I reload, but I can use the Command such as /stats.

    I actually found out why... So OnServerInitialized is called when the server is first started, but not when a plugin is reloaded. I removed some code that was handling this and it didn't get noticed, so I'll have to re-add that shortly.
