Solved Plugin not generating config file (Oxide not installed)

I have recently installed HitmarkerGUI into my plugins folder and launched my server, I went into the config file to edit the picture and such but there is no config file. I have oxide installed right and i have restarted and updated the server but still no config file.

 

Type in RCON command plugins to see if its loading or whats the error with it.

 

Command not found

 

I just had to reinstall oxide
