Solved Plugin for banning VACed players?

There used to be a Rust plugin that automatically banned anyone with set number of VAC bans. I can't seem to find it under plugins anymore. Can anyone help?

also wondering what happened to this plugin as well - http://oxidemod.org/resources/rust-time.449/

kicked players when they didn't have "blank" hours played in rust.
