Players losing inventory/equipment

Hello,such a problem that after several hours of work servers,people lost their clothes and their things,and sometimes the server shows the error that cannot load and save, all houses and buildings just disappear

 

What plugins are you using

 

I'm not too sure if I'm correct but don't you lose everything apart from tools/weapons on death anyway?
