Players cannot connect after installing Oxide

Good Evening

I have created a brand new Reign of Kings server to have a play on but I cannot get it working with oxide.
I have the server working fine without oxide but as soon as I install oxide (I know oxide is working as it creates the saves\oxide folder) trying to connect to the server is met with a "Connecting and authenticating with steam message" Oxide has no plugins uploaded to it and everything is freshly downloaded.

Any ideas on what is wrong would be appreciated.

 

just run a server update it will solve it worked for me anyway
