Any way to add a perm to make an admin show up as regular player in /players | who?

I understand Hide works, but that hides from list completely, I would love a 2nd perm to put the specific admin in to players list and not admin list.

command for what? it's a pretty basic plugin

 

If you enter / players or WHO so write me: you are not allowed to use the players command.
So as to enable it.?
