Solved Oxide not loading plugins (not installed)

Im completely new to the whole server thing ive had a server up and working for about a week and i decided to mod. But i can seem to get oxide to work, i have oxide in the rust dedicated folder sometimes it runs and loads the plugins. And it only does this once i have to reinstall oxide to get it to launch again. But the problem im having is when i update everything and its all good i cant seem to get oxide on my server it says the plugins loaded but the server doesnt show the plugins and its still under community servers. and i ran into a new problem recently which might not be oxide related but when i go to join the server in game rust crashes on spawning world. ps: ive been able to join my server before i installed oxide. pls help thanks

 

Do you get any Errors? Otherwise if you have nothing to loose maybe just reinstall the Server.
