Rust Overhead names when far away if friends

I'm looking for a plugin where you can see your friends from afar, is that possible? For example display name above head (in green) in a configurable set distance.

There are some friendlist plugins which could be used as dependencies?

 

well RadarManager works tho if you search for it, it stated its unmaintained so you cant get to the over view to download it..... PM me if you want it still.
