Rust No RAID time

I need a plugin wich let me select when in time structures can be destroyed or not...
For example

I wanna make that raids can only be possible from 08:00 AM to 23:59 PM real time speaking (selectable by config)

That will make the PVP more intensive since most players wait until their enemies disconect from the server to raid them... at 3 or 4 in the morning

I need it to manage REAL TIME not GAME TIME... thats why i asked for the plugin
