Not an Issue Need help with some plugins (use plugin support threads)

Hello everyone,

I have a few questions i need some help with if anyone can give me any info, that would be great.


Clans:
I am using ---> Clans | Oxide

• Clan members cannot unlock my doors without putting in the door codes.
• Clan members still are attacked automatically by auto Turrets.

/ticket:
I am using ---> Tickets | Oxide

• I am an admin on the server and i am unable to /list any tickets i did not create and i cannot /reply to a ticket someone else makes. This is made more annoying by the fact i can see when someone cretes a new ticket in chat and it shows me the ID?

Automatic Build Grades:
I a using ---> Automatic Build Grades for Rust | Oxide

• I have used oxide.group in the console to REVOKE the options for default players to use it but anyone new on the server can still use /bgrade 1&2 to build in stone or wood and not twig.

I would also like to add a plug in that says 'PLAYERNAME has joined the server' or something along those lines. It would be great if someone could recommend something.

oxide.revoke group default autogrades.1
oxide.revoke group default autogrades.2
I would check in case they have the autogrades.all permission
