Need help setting up some plugins

Soo, I've made my first rust server through streamlines.. I've messed with it for hours and it's driving me nuts.. I've got alot of the plugins loaded through the FTP program, and got them on my server, however the plugins like "stack sizes" where you can't find the "short item name" is frying my brain.. Anyone willing to help me set my server up if I paypal them 20$?[not sure what its worth maybe more depending on how long it takes] It's already up and running and I know the basics.. What I want on the server

Battlefield style
Kit guns
Kit mods "silencers etc"
kit red/black/green/brown armor suits
body decay times decreased to about 2 minutes
change what you spawn with guns/medkits
always daytime
