Rust Map Modifier

Im looking to take and blackout the map and possibly have the ability to add text over it.

Willing to pay a few bucks for this simple plugin

 

I don't think you can draw on maps anymore. Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong.

 

Im not looking to draw on them. I want the map blanked out so players cant see the map.

 

I'm aware, but there's only certain ways to effect what's on the maps, and System.Drawing is one of them. It's much more complicated when you think about it.

 

with the newish circle that addons can draw on the map couldnt someone potentially make a huge black circle that covers the map?

 

No... it's more complex than that.
EDIT: Oh, it actually may be possible! They allow you to set the color.

 

Im looking to make a more hardcore server and lets be real your not going to magically wake up on the beach and know the whole island

Would be cool if you were able to remove blacked areas as you were exploring.
