hi
i am running a small server just on a spair home pc for a few of my friends and i. i would like the server to be private however several times users have joined and just made a nuisance of themselves. my current method of dealing with this has been to ban them so they cant come back on but this is a pain. is there a way to have a whitelist or password or other way to stop randoms joining? i have seen some threads pointing to a whitelist plugin but all the links are broken and i can't find the plugin by searching.
i would prefer for a native way to do this but another plugin would be fine.
thanks in advance

Password | Oxide would also be an option.

also i found something about using server.steamgroup in the server config but that did not work. is that outdated or have i not set it up properly? -

"server.steamgroup" is from Rust Legacy, it has never existed in the current version of Rust. You can however use the Steam Groups plugin if desired. -
Name Manager | Oxide Can work also , just to add to the conversation lol.
