Looking for developers for my server

Hello I Have a server called Iconic Rust Here on are team we are looking for developer/plugin manager we don't have the funds to pay yet but once the server starts to collect revenue we will give a percent to the development team for the hard work. I am not gonna just make you do everything on you're own I will help in any way and I would also like to learn more on how to setup some stuff you do not have to deal with any staff, run server by yourself or feel like no one's there to help you because I will be there and another owner will also
