Solved Looking for a few plugins

I needed in order to: /players, /online and automessage

 

There was a plugin around (Notifier [Unmaintained] | Oxide) but it has been unmaintained. Other than that I am not sure.

 

is is how I get such a plugin where download

 

PlayerList | Oxide ---> /players (all the online players--> the names)
InfoPanel for Rust | Oxide ---> realtime how many online/offline
