Rust Lighting on Telegraph Poles

I think it would be really nice if someone came up with a way of adding lights to telegraph poles

 

I think the only way to do that would be adding the ceiling lights or for a brighter light the searchlight... but then the addon would also need to detect all these entitys and add the light source... I think it could be possible but I see a spot of lag everytime they turn on/off
