Solved Issues with permissions on several plugins

Hi

i have issues with following plugins: Race System, Warp Plugin and the Voting System.

For some reason i dont get them to work. I have the feeling its cause of the permissions (RoK)

maybe someone experienced the same stuff. Help, i'm pretty dumb -.-'
