How to update plugin change reference?

I am trying to update another plugin. Yesterday I managed to update the anti raid plugin offline After many attempts I did. Now I'm trying to update the plugin in scape that avoids teleports in the middle of a raid But I'm suffering to understand the hooks and references that were moridicadas in both the oxide and the game. Can someone help me understand the error here?

 

I work with programming but I'm new at creating / editing a plugin. Could you tell me a little more how to correct this error?
