Rust GUI Timer

I'm looking for a plugin that can put a GUI timer on screen for a 2 phases event, ScreenTimer for Rust | Oxide is a good option but it's a bit "broken" atm and i don't know what to do to fix it, Screenshot .
preferably a simple transparent GUI on the top right of the screen that has a Text and a Timer , can be created using a chat command (console command would be awesome too) like /createtimer "Text" "Time" or create.timer "Text" "Time" , can be started using a command like /start_timer "id" because i don't want the timer to start automatically. a pause command would be amazing too, because you know some difficulties can occur during events so i don't want the timer to continue counting down, that's pretty much the base idea of it.
