Rust GUI and new features for redesign (paid $$$)

i have a new open project and because my devs all have so many projects going on i make a post here i can not discuse any details about the plugin in public but i am searching for a skilled Developer that can do a Redesigned GUI + some new Features and some features to be removed

(All Plugins i send are made for the only purpose to be used in my own Servers and i also wish to keep it this way all devs working on projects for me agreed to do this so we can continue to work to a Unique plugin so i will ask the same for the DEV that wanna do my Project)
