Plugin name:
Giveaway.cs

Command:
Description ( /gw <REWARD ITEM>):

Starts a giveaway event with a GUI popup message saying along the lines;

"Giveaway in progress, picking a random winner..."
"{RANDOMPLAYER} was the winner! Reward: {PICKED REWARD}"

Command:
Description ( /gw <REWARD ITEM> <PLAYERNAME> ):

"Giveaway in progress, picking a random winner..."
"{PICKEDPLAYER} was the winner! Reward: {PICKED REWARD}"

Would someone be able to make me a plugin that does the following, will be willing to pay, if interested please pm me.
