Rust Full health and gun after killing a player

Hey, I am working on a deathmatch server and I was wondering if there is a plugin where after you kill somebody you get full hp + a reloaded gun. Thanks

 

I don't think something like this exists, but it would be possible

Ya I already have all this logic and if it wasn't midnight, I'd make it really fast. I'll call it something and post it tomorrow.

 

Unable to post it here, and frankly it seems to incomplete to be posted as a plugin...

It gives 100% health and full ammo when you kill another player. Ill send it to you private.
