Entity.create command not working

This command does not work anymore, does it have any new ones or have they removed?

 

i think it changed to entity.spawn

and it spawns where your are looking at now. not where your standing.

 

entity.spawn assets/bundled/prefabs/static/recycler_static.prefab
comes back with entity not found.
