Edit codehatch.command.help?

Is it possible to edit the command list for /help ? How?
Or is there some plugin that can handle this? Which is to prefer?

What I'm trying to do is have a /help thats actually relevant for the players with all the Codehatch stuff neccessary + Oxide/plugin specific.
