Universal Disable server when no players online

Is there such a plug-in !? After 00.00 nights, if there are no online players, the server was disabled!?!?!

 

Why would you want to disable your server? No one would be able to find it... Im confused on the want/need of this plugin...

 

Great idea m8, also make sure to delete all plugins when its offline too.
