Solved Disable Rocket Launcher BP (or any other)

Is there an existing plugin that will allow an admin to toggle which BP's are available or not? I have seen inventory management systems, not sure if this would accomplish the same thing.

Background, I'd like to run my server without the rocket launcher, and in future, perhaps, without other "improvements."
