Rust Decay pve

Decay plugin.
Hello.
I'm looking for such a plugin:

There is a active cupboard- no decay / exclude twigs
There is no cupboard - normal decay / twigs too
Twig - always decay
can someone help me
Maybe someone would do something like this? (I will pay for it)
