Debug info showing in top left of screen

I got on my server yesterday and in the upper left corner of my screen it shows all the stuff going on on the server which can cover the top half of my screen as well. How do I turn this off?

Negative sir. I dont have that installed. Just checked to confirm as well.

 

I have not, I'll try it now. My buddy says it doesn't show on their screen on my server. I joined a different server and its' not there. I only see it connected to mine.

Removed me as ownerid..... GONE. Reloaded Plugins.. STILL GONE.

Oddly, the info stuff only showed up when I set myself as Ownerid
