Reign of Kings Custom plugin changes

So Im Trying To Join Both (Race) And (Jail) Plugin To Gether So That When I Modify Race There Will Be 2 Or More Bandits & Police Or Sheriff When Some Uses Race Plugin To Be A Sheriff That When They Kill A Player It Sends Them To The Jail Plug In Marked By Admin And Set A Timer For Bandit To Be In Jail. From Dieing. ? I Dont Know The Hooks Or What Not Can Any One Help?

Might be good to create a justice plugin for this that connects both plugins, instead of modifying the current version to have that feature.
