Solved Custom GUI (paid $$$)

I need a Custom GUI that does the following.

• Allows a custom image and text to be configured to show in the UI
• Allows a user/player to click a 0 - 9 number combination for a 6 - 8 digit code
• Allows for configurable hotkey trigger
  
• Allows for configurable cooldown restriction
  
• Code documentation should be verbose
• C# code
