Rust Custom event plugin (paid €€€)

Im searching for a developer that can make me 1 plugin or seperated plugins that does the following things

* Block Components and other items from spawn in monuments.
only allow components and scrap and all that stuff to be found in JunkPiles
* Block ItemList from Crafting settable in CFG
* Block itemList from Getting Heli+Airdrops settable in CFG
* Add itemList + Rarity to spawn Items in monuments only settable in CFG

My Goal is i wanna block Certain Items Like Military Guns and all that stuff from crafting or from LootSpawn
and that they can be found in monuments like the dome and all

this is ment for a strategic battlefield design

please let me know i really need someone quick before i go on holidays i need this project to be finished
